Cancellation Policy
Further, by booking this reservation, I agree to the following: - The Customer shall ensure that the Event location has adequate space, access, and utilities (e.g., electricity) for the Bounce/Bubble House, etc. - The Customer shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the use of the Bounce/Bubble House, etc. at the Event location. - The Customer shall ensure that all users of the Bounce/Bubble House comply with the following safety rules and regulations: a. All users must remove their shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and any sharp objects before entering the Bounce/Bubble House; b. No food, drinks, gum, or candy are allowed inside the Bounce/Bubble House; c. No roughhousing, flipping, wrestling, or other aggressive behavior is permitted inside the Bounce/Bubble House; d. Users must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times; e. The Bounce/Bubble House must not be used during inclement weather, including but not limited to rain, high winds, or lightning; f. The maximum number of users allowed in the Full Sized Bounce House at one time is: 8; The maximum number of users allowed in the Mini Bounce House at one time is: 4; The maximum number of users allowed in the Bubble House at one time is: 4; - The Customer assumes full responsibility for the Bounce/Bubble House(s) or other rentals while it is in their possession and shall be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the Bounce/Bubble House(s) or other rentals, except to the extent such damage, loss, or theft is caused by the Rental Company's negligence or misconduct. - The Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Rental Company from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Bounce House. - The Customer assumes full responsibility for any claims, liabilities, and/or but not limited to injuries that use of the Bounce/Bubble House(s) or others Rental Items may cause to its users. - The Customer is to provide full instruction and care to all users of the said rental products while in its rental time possession. - The customer further assumes any and all claims, liabilities, damages, medical or non medical expenses including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection to a guests injuries or damages use of the rental items. - Customer further understands their homeowners policy would be held liable should any injuries occur.
